Keep the system usable, supported and improving.
MajuWorks Care supports users and system owners after deployment through training, documentation, issue management, system administration and controlled optimisation.
Deployment is the beginning of operation.
Business systems change as teams, products, locations, regulations and working practices change. Without ownership and change control, undocumented workarounds return and the system gradually stops reflecting the business.

The operating boundary is documented.
Each Care arrangement should state the covered systems, support hours, contact channels, severity definitions, response targets, excluded work, third-party dependencies, customer responsibilities and change-request process.
Do not display 24/7 support, guaranteed response times or service-level commitments until they are contractually available and operationally supported.
Build internal operating capability.
Training is role-based and tied to the implemented workflow. Users learn how to complete their responsibilities, recognise exceptions and escalate issues. Administrators and process owners receive additional guidance on configuration, controls, reporting and change governance.
