The MajuWorks Method

From business workflow to working system.

A successful implementation begins with an accurate understanding of how the business operates. MajuWorks documents the current state, designs the future state and establishes the controls, data and ownership required before configuring technology.

01MajuWorks Blueprint

The Blueprint comes before the build.

The MajuWorks Blueprint is the structured discovery and design phase applied before implementation. It aligns business owners, operational teams and technology stakeholders on the problem, the future workflow and how success will be assessed.

  • Business objectives and measurable baseline
  • Current-state and future-state workflows
  • Process owners, roles and approval responsibilities
  • Exceptions, business rules and control points
  • System-of-record and data-ownership decisions
  • Integration and migration requirements
  • Reporting and management-information requirements
  • Automation and AI-agent opportunities
  • Agent autonomy, permission and escalation boundaries
  • Implementation roadmap and acceptance criteria

  1. 01

    Understand

We examine objectives, workflows, systems, data, constraints and operational pain points. We distinguish root causes from visible symptoms and establish a baseline for measurement.

Outputs — Discovery record; current-state workflow; system inventory; data inventory; baseline measures; initial risk register.

  2. 02

    Design

We define the future workflow, process ownership, controls, exception paths, target architecture and implementation sequence. Decisions are reviewed with business and technical owners before build begins.

Outputs — Future-state workflow; solution blueprint; responsibility matrix; control design; integration map; acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Establish

We configure and test the ERP foundation or connect the retained core systems. Data migration, permissions, integrations and operating procedures are validated before production rollout.

Outputs — Configured environment; migrated and reconciled data; roles and permissions; tested integrations; user-acceptance record; deployment plan.

  4. 04

    Improve

Once the operating foundation is stable, we introduce suitable workflow automation, governed agents and management insight. Each improvement has a defined owner, control and measurement approach.

Outputs — Automated workflows; agent specifications; test results; dashboards; monitoring; updated procedures.

  5. 05

    Operate

We support users and administrators, monitor agreed components and review improvement opportunities. Changes follow a controlled process rather than accumulating as undocumented workarounds.

Outputs — Training; operating documentation; support process; change log; review cadence; optimisation roadmap.

03Delivery principles

What governs our delivery.

  • Business ownership remains explicit. Technology does not remove management accountability.
  • Configuration follows approved workflows and controls.
  • Data migration is reconciled, not assumed successful.
  • Testing covers normal paths, exceptions, permissions and recovery.
  • AI autonomy is proportional to the consequence of the task.
  • Documentation and training are delivery outputs.
  • Success is assessed against agreed measures, not generic ROI claims.

04Engagement model

Start with an assessment, not a software demonstration.

The first engagement defines the operating problem, the relevant stakeholders and the information required for a useful assessment. The resulting scope may recommend a new ERP foundation, selective integration, process redesign, automation, reporting improvements or no immediate technology change.
