Controlled workflow execution

Turn stable workflows into controlled execution.

MajuWorks Automate removes repetitive processing and manual handoffs through defined business rules, approvals and orchestration. We automate only after the workflow, ownership and exception paths are clear.

01What automation is for

Use deterministic automation where rules are sufficient.

Examples:

  • Create follow-up tasks when defined events occur.
  • Route transactions according to value, category or responsibility.
  • Validate required fields before a record progresses.
  • Generate documents from approved templates and data.
  • Synchronise status updates between systems.
  • Trigger reminders, escalations and approval requests.
  • Assemble recurring reports from governed data.

02Candidate assessment

Not every repetitive task should be automated.

We assess volume, stability, exception rate, data quality, business consequence, reversibility and the cost of failure. A process with unclear ownership or frequently changing rules may require redesign before automation.

03Control design

Automation should remain visible and recoverable.

Controls may include: input validation; approval thresholds; segregation of duties; duplicate prevention; transaction logs; exception queues; notifications; retry limits; monitoring; reconciliation; suspension and rollback.

04Automation and AI

Rules-based automation and AI serve different purposes.

Rules-based automation should execute work when the required conditions can be stated clearly. AI may assist where the task involves language, classification or contextual reasoning. The two can operate within the same workflow, but their controls and testing requirements are different.
